The hostel is only 10-15minutes to walk from the central station The receptionist was friendly and helpful.
We couldn't understand the positive ratings here. This hostel ist really crappy! Location: it is located at a big street with coblestones,so the cars are very loud! And the TRAM,too... Rooms: the rooms look more like an office than a hostelroom, the lights are very bright and you could hear everything that happends in the hostel! Cleanliness: one of the two toilets is out of order, the other one used to be a smokers room! There are three showers, one is out of order. Women and men have to shower in the same room, only separated trough a curtain! All in all,it was very dirty! Safety: we don't feel safe in this hostel, old women looked out of their rooms, when we arrived, you could hear people shouting even at night...

I like the staff a lot. Camil, the young boss; Olimpia the translator; Hubert the Barça fan; and Silvia the morning recepcionist. It's close to the city center in quiet street.
well...they're trying hard. Internet was not very powerful on the fourth floor so I had to go down to reception to check it. That, however, was nice because I got to talk to all the super nice recepcionists. Bathrooms were external but I was on that floor by myself. The showers were great and the toilette OK. The room was spacious and very clean.

Extremely friendly stuff - ready to help with anything and professional. Comfortable beds, nice room, great showers (not something you expect from a hostel), all really nice.
